HTTP error -18600

I have 1 user (out of 30) that is occasionally getting an HTTP error -18600
when trying to send an email. They are using Entourage 2008 12.1.1
connected to an Exchange 2003 server.

The problem is very intermittent and after some time the email will send
normally. It seems like it happens on messages with attachments.

I tested network connectivity between the client and the server and it's
connecting fine.

We don't have that error listed on the Error Page, but often errors close in
number give you clues. This is some kind of error coming from the server.
