Http Error 403.1 - Forbidden: Execute access is denied.

I can not seem to get my e-mail at adres.nl it keeps
coming up with this statement? Is this occurring on my end
due to settings or does this reside on the server that is
routing the mail?? Any help would be apprec--- PR

This is really a newsgroup about Microsoft Access but I'll try to help.

403.1 is a standard error code from a web server. You should contact
www.adres.nl and tell them your problem. The settings on your email reader
may be incorrect (pointing to the wrong server, you've put a "/" somewhere
that doesn't belong, etc.) or, if you are using webmail, you may just be
entering the wrong login information.
