http error unable to access the resource. error 18596

one of our user with entourage 2008 accessing his mails from exchageserver
2007 is now getting this error: http error unable to access the resource.
error - 18596. he had no problem accessing mails earlier. exchage server is
configured as servername/exchange/useremailaddress.
any idea about this error message?
