Http401.2 error when attemtping to connect to project server

I am not able to login to project server throguh project
2002 or 2003. Error 401.2 . I can login fine through the
Web Access portal.

Also note; We are not in a domain and running Win XP with
IE 6.

Tim:

Make sure that anonymous access is allowed on the Project Server directory.
