https - page cannot be displayed error

Hi,

I have sbs 2000 sp1 with sp4 installed and we had a power failure. When I
booted the server after the power came back on, I could not and still cannot
access any https site through my isa server.

Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

I am most grateful for your answer.
