Huge 2007/Xp compatibility issues

I am running 2007 and even why I save in 97-2003 format my co-workers with
2003 and the converter installed still cannot succefully open my
presentations. Powerpoint opens, starts to load up the presentation and then
crashes.

Anyone else have this problem?

This is not a common problem.

If your colleage opens PPT and tries to open a new, blank presentation, does
PPT crash then?

No, they can run powerpoint XP fine. Even if they create the ppt, send it to
me, I make adjustments, save as 97-2003 and send it back to them, still no
luck opening it.

Weird. What if you zip the file before you send it to them? (Just wondering
if email is corrupting the file somehow.)
