Huge tempory access space

Hello.

I've got a database system that have a BE and a FE.

I've got several users using their own BE and accesing to the same BE.

My question is that my back-end compacted have 57 mb (only data), but after
two days of working without any compact & repair the database grows to 110mb.
Then I've got to compact it again to make it back again to 57mb.

Why all this space appears? Is it bad for the back? Can it be solved

hi,

Mostly text and numbers, and some dates. Some AutoNumbers.

Because it's the BE no images or others.
