Hung app when opening Excel

I have a report which I didn't write but it runs a query and then is
supposed to export it to Excel and it comes up to allow me to save the
report. There are several reports. A couple work the others just
hang and if I look at the error report it says Hungapp.exe.

Can anyone help?
