HUP Office 2007, MSSMLBIZ.msi error, outlook not installed

Through work I purchased Office 2007 HUP and installed word, access, excel,
and PP. When I open any the installer looks for MSSMLBIZ.msi. I don't have
outlook installed so why do I need business contacts to open? If I cancel
the installer I can use the program VERY annoying. Please help.
