HVAC flexible duct size is locked??

I'm trying to change the diameter of the HVAC flex duct and when I change
the parameter named "Height" I get the error: "Shape protection and or layer
properties prevent coplex execution of this command"

Oh, OK. Well, how do I change the diameter then, visio? It appears to not
be possible :(
