Hybrid 2007

When I start Outlook2007 or Excel2007 it tries to setup itself again and a
message box
appears on the desktop: "Please wait while windows configures MS Office
Prof. Hybrid 2007". The process continues
and after a while below message box appers:

"Error 1402. Setup cannot open the registry key
HKEY_LOCALMACHINE_SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet
Explorer\Main\FeatureControl\FEATURE_RESTRICT_ACTIVEXINSTALL.
Verify that you have sufficient permissions to access the registry or
contact Microsoft Product Support
Services (PSS) for assistance."

I also have tried to repair in the Add or Remove Software and the message
appeared and the installation stopped.

I need help please.
