hyper link doesn't change similar to link if row or column added

I have cells in multiple worksheets and files within the
same directory both linked and hyperlinked. If I add a
row or column to the primary work sheet, I'm able get the
link to change with it but not the hyperlink. Is there
anything simple I can do to have both change?
