hyperlink - bookmark - how to add for a word document

I created a text box in a form (not a page) bounded to an hyperlink field.
The user inserts the hyperlink with the "insert hyperlink button".
For a bookmark he has to add after the hyperlink name: #Bookmarkname.

Is there a more friendly way to add the bookmark.
With the bookmark button of the hyperlink-dialogwindow it does not
work.(error: File not in the correct format - Acces could not open or parse
this file).
