Hyperlink cease to work when Notebook is open on another Computer

I'm using ON2007 on XP. I have several notes that I have to link to PPT, Word
and PDF. These links will work fine as long as I view them on the system in
which I am working on but they will cease to work as soon as I transfer all
the files (including the source files) to another system. I have tried
placing all my source files and ON files on the same folder but the link
still points to the other system on which I had worked on. Can anyone please
help me?

See the responses in this forum to a similar problem I was having entitled
"Confused Strange Hyperlink Action" dated 5/27/08. See if this is your
problem.
