Hyperlink Color Inconsistency

Hello,

I've browsed the questions and responses, but have decided that I have a
different question which may well end up with one of the previously posted
responses.

I've built a page with hyperlinks. Some of the links come in as black;
others as green. There is no rhyme or reason for the inconsistency as I am
not going into the link properties and making changes. Any thoughts on why
this is occurring?

Please give a link to a page with this problem, or post the code from
such a page here, including any CSS that may be in use.
