Hyperlink description changes when saved as web page

I have a flowchart with documents hyperlinked to activities and have a
description for the link that shows when the user hovers over the activity. I
have saved the drawing as a web file. Most hyperlinks show the description
properly on the web page but a few show the contents of the activity instead
of the description I entered.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
