Hyperlink description field

Visio Professional 2002.

I have a Conceptual Web Site diagram on which I use Web Site Map Shapes.
Sometimes, when I need to change the hyperlink address, the text that the
shape displays doesn't change. In Configure Hyperlinks, the Address and the
Description fields show the new address, but the shape continues to display
the old.

Any idea?
