Hyperlink does not show up correctly

We are using Outlook 2003 and when you include a web hyperlink in the
message it does not allow you to click on it and go right to the web
page. You must copy it and paste it into Internet Explorer. Do you
know how we can reset that option so that you can click on it from
outlook and go right to web page? (It use to work that way)
