Hyperlink editing

Mark M S

I am using Publisher 2003. I have many URL or hyperlinks in a 30 page
newsletter and I was asked to remove the underline and blue color in the
document. I am printing it as an electronic document as a PDF for
distribution. When I remove the hyperlink it does change the color to black
and the underline disappears.

Is it possible to change the appearance of the hyperlink yet still have the
hyperlinks enabled?

Format, color schemes, click the "Custom Color Schemes" at the bottom of the
taskbar. I don't think you can eliminate the underline but you can change the
color. Acrobat has options concerning hyperlinks.

Publisher does not support this directly, but you can remove the underline
by inserting an HTML code fragment anywhere on the page and in the fragment
dialog paste the following code:

<style>
a{text-decoration:none}
</style>

This must be inserted on each page.
