Hyperlink email addresses

When my boss forwards me an email with an email address in the message how
can I make it show as a hyperlink so I can just click on it to send
information to that person?

Outlook should do that automatically.

When I use Outlook Express it will but when I switched to Outlook it quit
doing it.
