Hello Val
Since the viewer is an active X control that works with Internet Explorer
let's start there. Check your security settings for IE to verify the active
control is working properly. Under most conditions if the link works on one
page it should work on the other. It might also have something to do with
the type of link used in the drawing. I tested your scenario with Visio
Viewer 2007 service pack 2 and did not run into the issue you described.
Would you make sure the viewer has been installed properly and perhaps test
with a different file?

I created a block diagram with a hyperlink to Page-2 on Page-2 I created a
block labeled BACK which is hyper linked to Page-1. This works great in
Visio
2007. Not all the folks in my firm have Visio so they would be using the
viewer.
Problem: Opening the same file with the Visio viewer the hyperlink to
Page-2
does not function. The hyperlink [BACK] to Page-1 does work. I even
installed
the SP2 for the viewer with no change.
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Val
