hyperlink fields in Access 2000

I have a hyperlink field that works correctly, however,
I'm trying to determine a way for only one instance of the
internet browser to be opened. So if there is a browser
open when the hyperlink field is clicked I want it to use
this instance of the browser. Currently, a new instance
of the browser is opened everytime the hyperlink field is
clicked.
