Hyperlink Flash Web Component Plugin

Hi,

Is it possible to hyperlink a flash plugin using Web Component > Advanced
Controls > Plugin into a cell?
I've tried using the behaviour go to URL, but the onclick event doesn't seem
to work (only mouseover) plus I also need the link to open in a new window.
Also the hotspots don't seem to be available...

I am trying to avoid using flash to create the link as people will be
sending in their own banner ads and the hyperlink will be to their website.

Using Frontpage 2003
