Hyperlink for read-only form

I have a few forms that, among other things, contain hyperlinks to PDF. I
would like the users to be able to view (not change) the data on the forms
and yet still be able to click on the hyperlink to open the PDF associated
with record they are researching. Any suggestions on how to do this?

Thank you all very much for your dedication and help- I would never have
made the progress that I have so far without this web site!

Select all the controls on the form and change the Locked property to Yes.
Ensure that the form's Allow Edits property is set to yes.
