Andrew,

The color of hyperlinks is defined by the "color scheme"

Format menu
Slide color scheme
custom
color 7 is the color of a hyperlink before its clicked
color 8 is the color after it's clicked

Format--> Slide Color Scheme-->Custom tab click the box
next to Accent and Hyperlink to change color. The next
box allows you to change how the color of the hyperlink
appears after you click it in the show.
