Hyperlink from Word to Excel WorkSHEET?

I am working on a document in Office which is essentially
an example book of Excel Charts.

What I would "like" to do is insert a Hyperlink above each
chart which would open the Excel "WorkSHEET". I can do
this with no problem opening the Workbook itself. Each
Workbook has approximately 20 charts and it is impractical
to create a separate workbook for each chart.

Have been experimenting for awhile and I do not think it
can be done successfully.

UNLESS someone here can show me the way
