Hyperlink HTML addition

I read on David's site how to get rid of the underline in hyperlinks:
<style>
a{text-decoration:none}
</style>
Can I put this somewhere on my Publisher document or only on my FTP
document. If I put it under the FTP document then I have to change it each
time I revise the site because it overwrites the old file. Anyone understand
or can help with my question?

Yes. I state that clearly on the FAQ.

I assume you are referring to the html file. I recommend against editing the
html files.

Exactly. That is the main reason I recommend against the practice.
