hyperlink in an e-mail message in outlook 2007

When I receive an e-mail througth Outook 2007 it will have a hyper-link. It
doesnot open my browswer IE. I receive an error message stating I do not have
the authority and to check with my system adminstrator. I am working on a
stand alone laptop.

Reset your default browser in Windows and try again.

This is a problem with IE, its not an Outlook error. You need to reset your
internet settings in IE's Tools, Internet Options, Advanced tab. (Or Control
panel, Internet options, Advanced tab).
