Hyperlink in comment fails linking to regular text in doc

I am able to Hyperlink in a comment to a bookmark in
another comment in the same document. But hyperlink fails
linking to a bookmark in the "regular" text area in the
same document. Is it possible to hyperlink from a comment
to a non comment area of the document? thx
