Hello - I work for an organization with 80,000 plus users, so it is hard to
relay specifics of this issue. We are trying to link to a form on the
Internet from Outlook. This is the problem:
1) User clicks on link in Outlook message which opens a window in Internet
Explorer.
2) The page in this IE window asks the user for their username and password
3) User inputs their username/password into the form and selects the "Login"
button
4) Internet Explorer window closes, OR user receives error that username/pwd
is incorrect (it is not incorrect, however)
If the user on the same PC bypasses the Outlook link and accesses the web
site in any other way they are able to login without any problems. Any
suggestions? It is primarily a Windows 2000, XP environment.
Thanks!
