Hyperlink in Form

I have a field which data type = hyperlink.

For each record that I click on the hyperlink, Internet Explorer opens a new
browser window. Is there a way to refresh the same browser window (via the
called hyperlink in Access) so that I have no more than 1 instance of IE
open?
