I am trying to create a hyperlink within an Access query
by concatenating the text part(fixed) and the file name
(variable) part as below
File: "file://G:\Scanned Invoices\" & [HIGH_REF] & ".pdf"
High_Ref is the field where the file name is held
I am then using Word mail merge to create a different
email message for each file on record.
Problem is that the email interprets only the part of the
text up to the space between Scanned and Invoices as the
Hyperlink and the rest as text.
Is there a way around this.
