Hyperlink in Protected Forms

All,
I have followed the information from the web address below...and after some
fixing, I was able to get the information into Word....

However, when I now protect the form, the only way I am able to get the link
to work is by typing "shift - tab". It is really weird...I cannot tab to the
form field, but if I go past it and then go back to it, it will open the
link.

Is there something within the form field properties that maybe I shouldn't
have filled in that is making this occur?

If anyone can help, I would greatly appreciate it,
