Hyperlink in Rich Text on Split Form

Hi All,

Does anyone know why, in Access 2007, a hyperlink, typed into a text
box set to Rich Text for the text format, does not work when the form is set
to display as a split form? For example, if I type http://www.microsoft.com/
into such a text box and move the mouse down a bit, it will show the
hyperlink pointer hand. But when I click, it does nothing. If I change the
form back to non-split, it will work.

Better yet, does anyone know how to get it to work?
