HyperLink is not created automatically

When I type something like "www.sss.com" or "(e-mail address removed)" in my email
message with HTML format it does not become a HyperLink for me. I have to
change it manually. How can I configure my Outlook to automatically create a
HyperLink when typing a URL or an Email address.
