Hyperlink issue still not resolved...?

Hello,

I am really having a difficult time resolving this issue. I even went as
far as uninstalling and reinstalling Office. Everytime I enter an email
address in Word it looks like this {HYPERLINK"MAILTO:[email protected]"}

All I want is for the address to be an active blue underlined link again.
Everytime I try pressing Alt F9 to resolve the problem, it brings me to a
support page called "using hyperlinks in protected forms?"

Does anyone have any other suggestions???

In Word, click on Tools | Options | View tab | uncheck the "Field
codes" box | Print tab | uncheck the "Field codes" box | OK.
