Hyperlink Issue

Hi,

I have a hyperlink on a data access page that when clicked opens a blank web
page titled "about: blank". I can click on the link in the table and it
opens the pdf file on the server that it links to. I followed the
instructions from MS Office Online Adding Bound Hyperlink Control and cannot
get it to work.

If anyone has the solution, please let me know how to make this work.
