Hyperlink link i report to form

I want to hyperlink the rows in the report to the actual form it is pulled
from. I know I am probably not making any since, but ask me questions so I
can hopefully tell you want i want. I need to know how I would do this.

Can I use a GoToRecord thing? I tried it and it errors out saying the object
isn't open?
