Hyperlink Names in Visio

How do I change the written information that pops up when you float the
pointer over a shape that is hyperlinked.

If you're talking about the hyperlink itself, it can be edited in the
shapesheet.

Glosruss,

In the shapesheet for the object, go to the hyperlink section. The value for
the 'description' cell is what pops up when the mouse hovers over the object.
