Hyperlink not available in Outlook

I'm trying to insert a hyperlink in my e-mail. I'm using Word as my email
editor. The option to insert a hyperlink is not anailable. How do I activate
tis feature?

If you haven't started an email message the Hyperlink option will not show.
If you have, try just opening Word and do the same thing to see if the option
is there.
