Hyperlink Not Executing

I have set a hyperlink in a form to open a pdf file that contains the user
guide. My problem is that the hyperlink executes from design mode (clicking
hyperlink whilst holding ctrl key), but from the form preview or published
version, it does not. Trying to troubleshoot I've retyped and also copied the
address from the hyperlink on another form that is working in the
preview/published version but still have had no joy. Any help as to how to
resolve this would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

Some times the hyper link behaves like that. There is no specific reason for
that. I have resolved this issue by deleting and adding the hyper link again.

Thanks for your reply. I've tried this but I will give it another go and see
what happens.

No Luck!
I've tried deleing the hyperlink - several times - and am still no further
forward. Any other suggestions would be much appreciated. This seems very
strange.

Hello,

While adding hyperlink where do you point for ‘Link to’ and ‘Display’ data?
In this case both are point to ‘Data source’ then it will works normally
otherwise we might be issue for hyperlink.

Some cases in ‘Display’, Text or Data source might be changed after doing
any other change in the form. You have to check this value is still there in
view1.xsl file or not?
