Hyperlink Not Open File when Square brackets in the filename

Hyperlinks in Word does not open file when Square brackets are in the
filename (ie. "107[F][FB][BAM] & 108.doc"). I do not want the change all
files that had square brackets in the file name. Is there a trick to get
this to work?
