hyperlink not responding in Firefox

Desmium

Hi, I recently used Publisher 2007 to create a webpage of my own. To my
disappointment, some hyperlinks worked well with the Internet Explorer, but
were not corresponding to the Firefox browser. The hyperlink sign did not
show up when I moved the mouse over it, which was supposed to direct me to
another link. Anyone knows how to fix the bug? Thanks!

Post the URL of the site and which links are not working. In most cases we
can offer suggestions about how to workaround the problem.

Pat,

The problem is usually that the hyperlink is in a colored text frame or
similar and is being converted to a graphic.

Pat,

First of all, please, in the future don't hijack some other thread...start
your own. It is hard to impossible to follow when you jump onto someone
else's question.

I was able to get http://tcliftonart.com/ to load once in IE, but it won't
load as I try now. So...here are a few guesses.

Assuming you are using Pub 2003, to Tools > Options > web tab and uncheck
"Rely on VML..." and "Allow PNG....".

Run the design checker tool.

Don't use master pages in Publisher webs.

When you are ready to produce your web files, go to File > Publish to the
Web, not Save As a web page. (once again I am assuming your are using Pub
2003)

If those steps don't sort out your problems, post again when the URL is
functional and details...what links aren't working, etc.
