Hyperlink not showing up

I have some text on my page that I want to be a link. When I select it and
add the hyperlink it shows up in the program. But, when I view it as a
webpage and I run my mouse over it, no hand appears, there is no link. Some
of the text links work fine but some of them do not show up (just the text,
no link). I've tried deleting them and doing it again but still no luck. What
am I doing wrong???
Please help, this is for my office.

Under the Tools menu, select Design checker and see if that reveals any
problems.

If Don's suggestion doesn't help you discover the problem, then we need some
details:

What is the URL of the site and specifically which links don't work?
What version of Publisher are you using?
Which browser are you using?
Which operating system?
Are you using a fill in the text boxes where the links fail?
Are you using a master page?
Are you grouping the text boxes with other design elements?
