Hyperlink not supporting Word bookmark

I have put in a hyperlink to a word document containing bookmarks. The syntax is correct (word.doc#bookmark), but when clicking on the hyperlink when the visio drawing is saved as a web page, Word goes to the start of the document rather than the bookmark.

What version of Visio are you using? If you're using Visio 2002, try the
workaround listed in the following KB article:

Visio 2003 fixes this problem.
