Hyperlink opens with Windows Explorer

We use Access 2003, on Windows XP. We have a button that opens up a
hyperlink (using FollowHyperlink VBA) It opens up pictures to view. The
program is using Windows Explorer to view these files (they are all .jpg
files)

We would rather they open using Windows Picture Viewer but I can not figure
out how to get Access to use that program to open. The files are all
associated with Windows Viewer.

Any ideas?
