Hyperlink Problem

I have a cell in Excel with a hyperlink to a JPG file
type. The JPG file type is set to open with 'Windows
Picture and Fax Viewer'. However, when the hyperlink is
launched in Excel it opens's with Internet Explorer. I
have changed the JPG file to open with different JPG
viewer programs but Excel continues to open the hyperlink
with IE. How can I change Excel to open with another JPG
viewer?
