Hyperlink Problem

Help! I'm adding email and web page links to a form. The email hyperlink works fine as long as the "mailto" bit is included. I'm inserting the web page link in the format "http//www.sitename.com" but all I get is "Cannot locate the Internet Server or Proxy". Any ideas?

OK - I've found the answer meantime. My firewall is evidently the problem.
