Following our recent upgrade to Outlook 2003, I choose Insert > Hyperlink,
and link to a Word document on the network (in a public folder), but two of
the eight people I send it to cannot open it. Everyone has the same
permissions, but the two who cannot open it don't even see the hyperlink
format (blue text with underline). Instead, they get black text within
brackets, such as <P:\20051000 - ABC Project\Meeting
Notes\Internal\2006-03-09 40.doc>
This problem occurs no matter what the hyperlinked document is. The two
also appear to have the same settings I do under Tools > Options. Can
someone tell me why they can't see my hyperlinks? Thanks!
