Hyperlink question or two

I'm creating hyperlinks to forms saved in other Office and PDF formats and
the hyperlink works perfectly, however when I link it to a file saved in the
Internet Forms (IMT) format that the Air Force uses for its forms, it tries
to open up, but then fails. The extension of the file is .xfdl. If there is
a way to make the form open, please let me know.

Also is there a way to cancel the annoying warning about hyperlinks that
appears each time you click on it.
